Michael Ershowsky founded his firm to provide outstanding legal services to clients big and small. Mr. Ershowsky brings wide-ranging legal experiences to the table in every litigation and transaction that he encounters, from employment and commercial litigation to federal securities class actions to multi-million-dollar asset purchases.
Before founding Ershowsky Verstandig, PLLC, Mr. Ershowsky ran a boutique litigation firm, managed the litigation department for a small real estate-focused firm, and was an associate in a mid-sized litigation boutique engaged in nationwide complex litigation.
Mr. Ershowsky was named as a Rising Star in Super Lawyers in 2023 and 2024 for Business Litigation.
